The Association Positivité Féminine (ASPF), commonly known by the acronym ASPF, is an organization founded in 2020 by Fabienne Délice, who developed the online community ‘Positivité Féminine,’ six years prior . ASPF is an association composed exclusively of women united under a common vision: to promote Caribbean women on a global scale

Our mission is to promote and empower Caribbean women by creating a favorable environment that allows them to overcome their challenges and reach their full potential

Objectives
Our primary approach is to implement better access to opportunities for Caribbean women, enabling them to engage in education, entrepreneurship, and effective decision-making at all levels. To achieve this, we provide tools that help them develop self-confidence and trust in others through a moral support network, business coaching, and financial support established by ASPF. We concentrate our efforts on specific fields through various initiatives, events, and programs to provide resources, mentorship, and educational opportunities that allow women to:
Transcend traditional limits imposed upon them and stimulate their inner strength to meet the challenges of the business environment and their personal lives.
Constantly develop their capacity to reach a higher level of personal and professional excellence, increasing their confidence and achieving self-motivation.
Strategies
its commitment to inspire, motivate, and educate women, ASPF focuses on implementing strategies and programs aimed at empowerment by filling the gap created by societal taboos and the low level of development for women in the Caribbean region. We also leverage skills, knowledge, and resources to create sustainable change for women.
To achieve these goals, our actions include:
Support programs for women in vulnerable social positions, such as single mothers.
Awareness campaigns to end sexual abuse and violence against women.
Coaching programs designed to improve the daily living conditions of women.
Support programs for female entrepreneurship.
Establishment of an international connection network.
Organization of community workshops and fieldwork to achieve local objectives.
